All payments must be made in advance through secure payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, or bank transfer). Work will begin only after payment confirmation.

• No refunds are provided once digital products (e.g., templates, eBooks) are delivered.
   
• For services, cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
   
• Rescheduling of service start dates is allowed with 48 hours' notice.
   

Custom packages or printing materials may require additional charges or delivery time. Final pricing will be shared before payment.

All creative work remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. You may not resell, modify, or redistribute our designs or content without written permission.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our services or website.
